1. Keeping paras informed about students - would be beneficial to share so that paras (lunchroom) and special areas are aware, including behavior plans. Reminder of confidentiality. Introduce new student so they can match a name and face. Julie and Holly will work with meeting with special areas as needed to let them know of behavior plans.
2. Staff Appreciation Week (April 30-May 4) - set up similar to years' past
3. Tropicana Speeches - 4th grade switching with 1st grade on April 30 for specials, please have Tropicana Speech winner names turned in to Julie by Thursday, April 26. District competition on May 8
4. 4th quarter assessment window and data in Filemaker (see dates below) - please make sure that all data is in. We would like 1st and 2nd to give the end of the year Go Math! assessment - doesn't need to go into Filemaker, just bring data with you to our data meeting
5. Nat Geo information - the website is up and running, still some unanswered questions. Feel free to explore. User manuals have been saved on the pgeshare ---> curriculum --->Nat Geo Let Julie know if you have any questions

End of Year checklist and post cards-completed but will not be handed out until April 25th; dates are approximately the same as last year; post cards are in, we are asking teachers to sign them prior to leaving over the summer so that they can be sent out on Monday, July 30th which will allow them to be delivered in time for Meet Your Teacher Day
7. Designing of school t-shirt for next year-have current 3rd and 4th grade students do that this year so that shirts can be printed over the summer and ready for the first day of school
8. Permission for student pictures to be taken-a short list on an index card in the cabinet where the emergency forms are; emergency form process (checks form, updates addresses, checks health info, checks permission for pictures)
9. Next year-Title I, Technology, Support staff -working to figure out what is best for the entire school

11. Materials - Weekly FCAT Practice workbooks-thank you for getting back with Julie about your current state of materials-will order the test and practice workbook
